My Approach

Community Building & Wellbeing

I specialize in fostering environments where all participants feel seen and heard, allowing for authentic connection and communication. Embracing the generative potential of conflict creates healthier communities and more resilient organizations.

Equity & Inclusion

I facilitate spaces where different perspectives and lived experiences are welcomed and celebrated. My workshops are designed with an equity lens, ensuring psychological safety for diverse participants. I design for the margins, and center the experiences of people with marginalized identities.

Experiential Learning

My approach is grounded in real-world applications, where participants actively engage with one another to build practical skills. I emphasize interdependence and cooperative learning equipping leaders with skills to build sustainable thriving organizations.

“Wendy was the first professional to give me substantive and actionable feedback for reimagining my resume and cover letter. I was given input based on current trends and best practices. Wendy also offered advice for building a resume that can be read by AI and that can stand out amongst 100’s of other applications. She gave me the confidence to keep going and feel proud of the way I present myself and my work. Thank you Wendy!”
